1. Precision in the Paper Cutting Process

In this stage, the raw paper undergoes a meticulous transformation. It is deftly picked up and positioned on a cutting machine, where it is trimmed to precise dimensions. Following this, the paper finds a new home on a plastic pallet. For printing machines equipped with the sophisticated uninterrupted paper replacement functionality, highly efficient ribbed plastic pallets are the preferred choice for holding paper. Conversely, for other printing machines, the use of flat pallets provides optimal support and utility.


2. Seamless Warehousing
Post-cutting, the printing materials are efficiently loaded onto plastic pallets, ready to be seamlessly warehoused. This streamlined process ensures that they are primed for subsequent printing tasks, enhancing operational efficiency.

3. Streamlined Printing (Uninterrupted Paper Feed)
Once the paper is cut, it is introduced into the paper feed platform of the printing machine, signaling the commencement of the printing process. As one pallet of paper nears depletion, an ingeniously designed insertion pole (a steel tube provided with the machine) is deftly inserted into the pallet's groove, shifting the paper onto the pole holder. This mechanism elevates the paper, allowing the plastic pallet to be lowered and removed effortlessly via a lifting platform. The next pallet of paper is then smoothly forked onto the lifting platform, ascending to meet the pole's position. As the pole is withdrawn, the remaining paper from the first pallet gracefully transitions onto the second pallet, ensuring a flawless, uninterrupted paper feed cycle.

4. Effortless Post-Printing (Paper Reception)
Upon completion of printing, the pallets are strategically positioned at the paper output of the printing machine, ready to receive and secure the freshly printed products. These pallets, laden with printed materials, are then efficiently warehoused or transported to the next stage of production. (For products necessitating a second round of printing, the robust ribbed pallets are typically employed to facilitate the reiterative printing process. In instances where additional printing is not required, flat pallets are the more prevalent choice, offering a streamlined and efficient solution.)
