The Application of Printing Pallets in the Printing Processes

1. Paper Cutting Process

In the initial stage, raw paper is expertly handled, being picked up and laid on a cutting machine where it is precisely trimmed to the required dimensions. Subsequently, the paper is placed securely on a plastic pallet. For printing machines equipped with uninterrupted paper replacement features, ribbed plastic pallets are typically employed to hold the paper securely. For other types of printing equipment, flat pallets offer a reliable alternative.


2. Warehousing
Once cut, the printing materials are efficiently loaded onto plastic pallets and smoothly transferred into storage, ready for the next stage in the printing journey.

3. Printing (Uninterrupted Paper Feed)
The trimmed paper is seamlessly fed onto the paper feed platform of the printing machine, initiating the printing process. As one pallet nears depletion, an insertion pole (a steel tube provided with the equipment) is deftly inserted into the pallet's groove, lifting the paper off the pallet. The plastic pallet is then lowered and removed via a lifting platform. The next pallet is expertly positioned onto the platform, rising into place, and the pole is retracted, allowing the remaining paper from the first pallet to rest upon the second. This efficient process repeats, ensuring an uninterrupted paper feed.

4. Post-Printing (Paper Reception)
Following printing, the specialized pallets are strategically positioned at the paper output section of the printing machine to receive and hold the freshly printed products. These items are then seamlessly integrated into storage with the pallets or moved forward within the production line. (Note: For products requiring a second printing, ribbed pallets are typically favored for paper reception to facilitate a repeat of the printing process. Otherwise, flat pallets are generally preferred for standard operations.)
