Innovative Application of Printing Pallets in Printing Processes

1. Paper Cutting Process

In the paper cutting phase, raw paper is expertly lifted and placed on the cutting machine. After being cut to precise dimensions, it is then gracefully positioned onto our robust plastic pallet. For printing equipment with uninterrupted paper replacement capability, ribbed plastic pallets are the preferred choice to securely hold the paper. For other printing equipment types, elegant flat pallets are an excellent option.


2. Sophisticated Warehousing
Once cut, the printing materials are effortlessly loaded onto plastic pallets and efficiently warehoused, poised and ready for their subsequent printing journey.

3. Seamless Printing (Uninterrupted Paper Feed)
During the printing phase, the cut paper is ingeniously fed into the printing machine's paper feed platform to commence printing. As one pallet's paper supply diminishes, an innovative insertion pole (a steel tube provided with the machine) is adeptly inserted into the bottom groove of the pallet, effectively lifting the paper onto the pole holder. Concurrently, the plastic pallet is gracefully lowered and removed using a lifting platform. Subsequently, a second pallet of paper is swiftly positioned onto the platform, lifted to the pole's height, and the pole is then retracted, allowing the remaining paper from the first pallet to rest seamlessly on the second pallet. This impeccable process ensures a continuous, uninterrupted paper feed.

4. Post-Printing Excellence (Paper Reception)
Our printed pallets are meticulously placed at the paper output of the printing machine to receive and cradle the newly printed products. These pallets can then be deftly warehoused or seamlessly transition to the next stage of the process. (Note: For products requiring a second printing, ribbed pallets are generally preferred for paper reception to repeat the refined printing process. Otherwise, flat pallets are predominantly used for enhanced efficiency.)
